The Building: Le Concorde is a high-end building in the heart of Downtown Montreal. Built in 2007, it is known for its large windows and its quiet denizens. It is very well maintained and managed. Built in-echelon, the building’s footprint shrinks towards the higher floors. There are 10 units per floor from the 2nd floor to the 10th floor, just 6 from the 10th floor to the 16th floor, and only 4 on the penthouse floors (17-19). The Le Concorde building is one of the smallest buildings in the city with a concierge/doorman present 24/7.
The condos: The units in Le Concorde are quite high-end with granite kitchen countertops and marble in the bathroom. The floors are engineered hardwood and the windows and walls are very well insulated. The hot water and the A/C are supplied by the building. There are studio/loft style condos, one and two bedroom units varying between 500 and 1200 square feet. Some larger two bedroom units can be converted into three bedroom condos.
The location: The buildings’ location is nothing short of exceptional. Less than 5 minutes walk from McGill University, a mere two minutes from the Place des Arts and three minutes from the underground city. Within a 5 minutes walk radius, one can find multiple restaurants, shops, cafes and bars as well as the city’s only 24/7 pharmacy, two grocery stores and one high end grocery store.
